I have now run into this problem. A month later and and it still seems to be an issue.

yes, brand new client - as it was, checked my access after I downloaded the probate (downloaded in the general area), and they had given me access without waiting for the probate application…
Well I was just able to upload three this morning.
I guess it is just the general glitchieness of RAC.
Apparently the CRA is having issues today connecting to the Corporate Internet Filing Service. Wooooo!
Used Submit Doc to update legal rep on estate.
Was able to get confirmation.
And it wouldn’t let me “submit docs” in relation to a review. I tried a few times, each time I got to a different step in the process before it got stuck - I was able to get it done this morning, though!
