Accessing T-Slips

I logged in as a represent a client on CRA website to find the T-Slips for my client but it’s not showing the boxes to select the year and slip type. Is there any change for rep a client account or is this the error after the recent maintenance?
When logged in as an individual, I can see all my T-Slips. Are you guys getting the same error?

Boxes and search are visible…selecting one barfs though. Just get a “not available” page.

LOL…typical “maintentance”.

The PS is going to hell in a handbasket, and it’s not happening slowly.

Cant even file HST returns or view HST returns in my business account, this happens EVERYTIME CRA is down on the weekend, takes a few days to become normal.

It’s nice to know their updates go through a rigorous error-checking process to make sure they have some doozy errors.

I see this morning it now shows the options for the slips. This just changed at about 8:00 am.

Me too. Yesterday tried multiple times filing Hst return. No success.

They also deleted the ability to the customized the dates I want printed. :rage:

Well, you are all doing better than me. All I get is a message that says “your T slips are issued by your employer or Service Canada”. End of discussion. Can’t go anywhere from there. I was about to renew my Efile #, but I think I will wait until they get their ducks lined up or may have no access at all to anything.

Can’t even get past the code/captcha screen today. Always nice of them to break the things they are trying to “fix”. Yesterday couldn’t file GST returns or access corporate client’s profiles.

Ugh.

I reported this T-slips issue to CRA, according to the agent, there is nothing mentioned so far but he listened carefully and noted everything to escalate this issue. He is hoping it will work by the end of the day.

if you check all the tweets to the CRA twitter account, there’s no way they aren’t aware of it. They will lie until it’s fixed though, same thing happens everytime they do maintenance.

Suggest that people also include @BobWKHamilton in those tweets. He’s the (relatively inactive) boss of the joint.

How these people keep their jobs is beyond me.

I had to call the CRA’s winnipeg review department for an error an agent made (they get more incompetent by the day, it seems) and she mentione they has just started hearing some mentions of parts of the site down today from taxpayers but said she wasn’t sure as they haven’t received any direction or internal messaging regarding site issues.

There is a whole laundry list of issues, the main one is HST filing is due Oct 31 for quarterly. How can we file

I am getting the same. Nothing if I am in Rep Account but if I go into MyAccount and try to get my own slips all the options for TSlips is available.

The CRA appears to be using us as beta testers instead of doing it themselves. Having worked in systems for one of the big banks if we had done that we would be looking for a new job. I now know where all the people that did get fired from the bank went to work…CRA. LOL

I just efiled a T1 and accessed the Express NOA, also got details of old uncashed cheques. So, at least that much works.
Did anyone read their newsletter - “improved services”, etc?

Yes - ridiculous. I guess the PR department doesn’t wait to confirm whether what they are publishing is actually TRUE. :roll_eyes:

Oh but now there’s a “preferences” cog in the mail account to change the mail layout. Still no T-slips at all but hooray, we can change the layout and archive and flag things eyeroll

So I can get the NOAs but cannot get T slips or any detail on balance owing as it relates to CCB and GST when the client has been overpaid. Not impressed when I need to help a client.
