Today I tried to go to RAC. I enter my user name and password, hit enter and then it asks for my user name and password again, which I enter again, and then it asks for my user name and password again, and again, and again. Stuck in a loop. Anyone else have this experience today? Any solutions beside biding my time?
Thank you for posting this! Same thing just happened to me and I was going to post asking what is going on! Sorry, I have no answers but I am in the same boat
I get the following message: Error 500–Internal Server Error
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol – HTTP/1.1:
10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
Sorry, no solutions to offer.
Same here…
Yes, I was just about to ask if anyone else was experiencing this. After entering the username/password, then doing the 2FA check, I get one of these:
Which is typically an internal security check that isn’t properly handled by the web interface.
That is exactly what I am seeing when I try to sign in
Happened to us also, then tried browser in Incognito mode and got in successfully
It has been on and off all morning… I retry 6 times… then 20 mins later it works then 20 mins later same as issues as earlier.

Just wait and see when the issue will be resolved
Just tried incognito mode - same problem. Maybe it is region specific?
First time I’ve seen this error message from CRA…
I’m not sure how else I’m supposed to access the website.
Awesome! I had to clear my browsing history, then I could log in.
@RichJ
THAT one I’ve seen many times. It’s because they expect you to start from “canada.ca” or at least from:
https://www.canada.ca/en/government/sign-in-online-account.html
Then navigate to the CRA sign in page, etc.
I get that error often when I have been signed in for hours, and the website kicks me out. Then, when I use my bookmark to the login page:
https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/e-services/represent-a-client.html
It thinks I’m trying to circumvent the normal “page to page” sequence required for sign in. Just click Exit, and it will give you the proper page it expects you to “start from”.
How to do it?
Just your browsing history? Not the cookies or cache? Didn’t work for me. Still can’t get in.
I can’t sign either.
