I think they are making progress. I no longer get the additional sign in pop-up. Now I am getting:

Same as @vivayala reported 2 hours ago. Per the post above, she was able to log in 40 min. ago. So, maybe in another hour or so, I will be able to?

Sorry, I should have said I cleared my browsing data in Chrome, so yes, that included cookies, cache, etc. However, just tried to login again and could not.

i just tried to sign in with afr and without and i got the same wanting me to sign in again and again

Who would you call?

CRA Business or Personal Enquiries? After waiting an hour or two to talk to an agent, you’d discover that they don’t know any more than you do.

CRA EFILE Helpdesk? Even if they knew what was going on, they wouldn’t be able to FIX it for you. (More likely, they would deny any knowledge of it, and just tell you to call Business or Personal Enquiries).

CRA Commissioner Bob Hamilton? Got a phone number for him or his office? Good luck. And if you did get through to him, it would be either:

  1. He isn’t aware there is a problem, but will “look into it” - even if he did so immediately, would that help?
  2. He knows there is a problem, and someone has been tasked with getting it corrected as soon as possible. Which means - you just have to wait…no different than what we are doing now.

I have been able to get in since just be before 10 (PST) with no
problem. But from 8 until then got the same message as others.
Perhaps they are getting it fixed finally?

I’m still getting the same issues. I cleared my cache and still can’t get in.

Let’s wait and see what happens after the heavy snow. Maybe it is due to the bad weather or CRA has not finished the final maintenance.

CRA has tweeted they are aware of the login issues and are looking into it. :roll_eyes:

There has been no snow in western Canada for the last week (Saskatchewan, at least), and I doubt that CRA’s servers are all located in southern Ontario.

As of 4:00 PM CST, I still could not log in (and I gave up trying for a while). Now it is 5:40 PM CST, and I CAN log in. Almost seems like they waited until EOB to flip the switch and reboot the Saskatchewan server…

Can you still login? I just tried and got the “Error 500–Internal Server Error”.

I am still logged in. I have not logged out since 5:40 PM. I don’t want to log out now, just to test if I can log in again. LOL

I have the same error all day, have not been able to log in.

I can login my CRA account at 9pm.

Still not functioning for me this AM.

Edit: Worked on try 8 or 9.

Edit: Stopped working again. Effing disaster.

## Error 500–Internal Server Error

Wow. I thought Saskatchewan was the last region to get fixed. I have no trouble logging in this morning. What part of Canada are you in, @Arliss ?

Ontario. I have had very limited success today.

I am still fighting with RAC but I am thinking it is now my tab refresher not playing well any longer. Anyone else with a tab refresher issue?

Edit: Even an F5 refresh will cause me problems on Represent a Client.
The page will not reload. A second refresh will bring me back to the Welcome page. Anyone else with anything similar?
