TaxFolder issue

Sent a form to be signed. TaxFolder shows incomplete but when I hover over the view status it says completed via electronic signature. I asked the client and he sent me a screen shot showing Success! Any idea what is happening? @sarka @taxcycle

EDIT, I just tried to resend and got this error

TaxFolder was unable to resend your document.
TaxFolder responded with HTTP 400 - The document cannot be resent because it has already been completed.

So it appears to be completed, but showing incomplete and I am unable to get the ready to transmit button

Also missing notification by email from TaxFolder that document is signed !!!

Does it show as completed in TaxFolder? If yes, in the TaxCycle file, do you see the signed event as the the most recent e-signature update in History (File>Info>History)?

If it is not showing the signed event, click on the little hamburger icon at the bottom to reconnect and/or check for notifications from the Notification Service.

It shows Incomplete in TaxFolder and it does show connected in TaxCycle

That is correct, there is no notification by email either, but my client a Success notification

Can you DM me the client’s Document ID or email address? Or send to info@taxcycle.com.

Was there anything done on TaxFolders end? It just popped up completed right now.

Yes, there were a few documents stuck in a queue that we pushed through. Your doc must have been one of those.
