Maybe this already exists and I’m not looking in the right place, but is there a way to know when a client originally put their documents into TaxFolder? I usually track the date that I receive files from clients year to year, and I had forgotten to mark it down for one client from the TaxFolder email that came in, like I usually do. When I went into TaxFolder to check the date, thinking that would show me, it seems to be the date that I downloaded the file instead, rather than the date the client uploaded the file - is that date gone once I download them?
Also, now that I’m further along in my first season of using TaxFolders for signatures, I wanted to pass along that they seem to be loving it - thanks! The number one thing that clients comment on, though, is that there’s no way to leave me any comments when they sign their forms (or when they send their files in to get started) - they still have to use regular email rather than being able to include any comments in the secure portal, keeping everything in one place.
