Disappearing File

I went to download a file that was in my client files section and when I clicked the download button, the file appeared to be downloading, but nothing happened and then the file was gone from my client files section? So no download and no file remaining in the Client file section. I will have to ask the client to upload the file again, but wondering if anyone else experienced this glitch.

Where do I find the client id in TaxFolder? I assume the file name would just be the client’s name?

The client ID is in the URL when you are looking at the engagement view. We think we found the bug you reported and have a fix coming though, so I think we are good. Thank you.
