I noticed a document I uploaded to the preparer tab on all my client files is no longer showing up in the preparer section for some clients (on my end). Does this mean they have accessed it on their end? Or does it mean that TaxFolder dropped it during the update and I have to re-upload it for those clients?
Not sure without having a client or engagement reference to look at. If you start with a new browser and sign in - can you see the files in the preparer files section of the client engagement? If you do not see it there, then you will need to upload it again.
