Not sure this would affect the approval of the form; however, I would find it helpful if the program would give us the option to add the taxpayers name beside Pensioner and Pensioner Transferee in part 6 of the form. It is easier to get it signed sometimes when they see their name indicating where to sign.
if I print the form before the client comes in I usually add the names with brackets to make things go quicker if I am not the one there to get it signed.
