Hi Everyone,

Is there a way in TaxFolder to show a history of statuses for Approvals and Signatures before the document was finalized?

I sent a T183 to a client for e-signature on August 24. Today, they claimed to have not received it. I just went in and re-sent it. Before I re-sent it, the status showed “Delivered on August 24, 2026.” After I re-sent it, the status only shows the most recent action (Delivered on September 4th, 2026). I know the full listing of events with timestamps will show in the Electronic Signature Certificate. However, I would just like to be able to show that I did indeed send it and it was delivered on the 24th (in this case) before the document is finalized.

Long story short, why can’t the status dropdown, in TaxFolder show the full history of status changes?

There is a history tab that shows the event details. In TaxFolder navigate to the client engagement and in the document menu select Copy Document ID.

Then in the left pane, click on History.

Paste the Document ID in the search box, select all dates and you should see the relevant events including when the document was created.
