Software will not update

Current version 11.1.46297.0
I am unable to install the latest update. The first time I had multiple windows opened, so once all files were closed and computer rebooted, I tried again. The software closes.
What do I need to do?

You will have to download the full version and install from that download. It will only install what is required. It’s always better to close TaxCycle before installing. Here is the link:
