Today’s TaxCycle software release to version 11.1.46317.0 fails to automatically install.
When I click the update link on the Welcome To TaxCycle page, or on the popup dialogue box that opens to let you know there is an update, TaxCycle immediately closes and nothing further happens. Each time TaxCycle is reopened, the same update message exists.
I downloaded the full version and installing that way.
Go to the Tax Cycle Web site and download directly from there.
Would I have to delete my existing file?
No. When you download the full version and start the install, it automatically recognizes that you already have a version installed and simply proceeds to update the current version.
