My last couple of updates, I’ve been unable to enable from the Start Screen of either TC or DC…I’ve had to go to the website and download a full install. On the most recent update 11.1.46317.0 I started the install and the update … just…did nothing. No initial dialogue box, no action at all, and it doesn’t appear that it was even invoked (same for TC and DC).
Full download worked fine.
