I am having issues updating to the 2018 Tax Cycle software…no other software issues including QBO…will not update from the final 2017 Tax cycle version…anybody else having this issue…HELP
I have had no issues since I switched from Profile two years ago. However, I do update regularly. Call tech support first thing in the morning. TaxCycle has great support.
Have you tried removing the program, rebooting and trying a clean install?
If you have not updated in a long time check that you are not running into the dot net framework issue.
No problems here either. I would say it is best to contact Taxcycle directly email@example.com since it appears to be related to your computer system
