Having trouble print NOA in PDF, can only print in 7 page format. What am I missing??
In the client’s CRA Mail, there is usually a mail item displaying the NOA. When you open that email, there is usually a button to SAVE a PDF of the NOA that is usually only 4 pages long.
If that pre-made PDF is not present and you need to formally print anything on CRA’s website to pdf, you need to select the “Microsoft Print to PDF” printer option, and under the “MORE” settings, decrease the Scale % to 70% or even 60%, depending on how it looks on your page. For Client Summaries, I also change the settings to Landscape, as the Portrait settings don’t work well on the Client Summaries. Don’t know why CRA has the default print settings so large. I too find this annoying.

Same if you are using Chrome’s built-in PDF printer or Acrobat PDF printer

Agree - in fact yesterday I was viewing a client who has 7 years of recent NoAs and there was NO “save as PDF” button anymore…super dumb if that isn’t just a glitch.

The PDF button is still there for corporation assessments, but seems to be missing for T1 assessments.
Another 3 steps backwards… 
Yup… noticed that today as well… unclear when it changed… so many useless changes.
I was juston RAC and saw that it’s there for Corps…wow, it would be really nice if they’d EVER do something properly. Once.
Interesting - the NoA for Underused Housing has the PDF button after the Open button is clicked.
But the PDF button does not exist for the T1 NoA.
That is unacceptable.
The pdf button does exist, but it’s no longer in the mail section. Instead, you have to navigate to the client summary section, scroll down to the assessment details section, then click on the “notice of assessment” link and when it opens, the pdf button is there.
Hope that helps as a workaround until they remove that one too.
