Anyone else having this issue? When I go to a clients account, statement of account, there is a dropdown for account type. This is a mandatory field but there are no available options in the dropdown therefore I cannot view the account.
Things are getting worse, for sure. I have a problem with the Notice of Assessment, but only for random clients. I can view the pdf on screen, but if I try printing, or saving, the result is a 4 page document with 1 or 2 rows of tiny print at the top of each page. I’ve tried saving as Adobe pdf, printing to my default printer, and printing to Adobe pdf. Same result, regardless. The auditor general says callers to the CRA call centres are getting the wrong advice 83% of the time. Surprised, but not surprised.
I concur…..
If you go back to the previous window then back to the search for a statement of account the drop down should work, it has been working this way for me for months.
You are not alone
I have a problem seeing mail in Chrome. But can see them in Microsoft Edge.
Clear your cache & cookies and restart Chrome. If you don’t want to clear ALL cookies, just clear the ones related to the CRA website. I’ve identified 7 different URLs for the CRA RAC website - I’m guessing 7 different servers? So if you clear only the one you’re currently logged in to, there’s no guarantee it will be the same server you get the next time.
It seems to be working for the first time this week, at least for me now, and I didn’t do anything different.
Thanks Nezzer. I’ll try that.
