Going out of my mind trying to find Line 50280…Efile rejection, I am certain it is #3 option below. I found Line 54780, which is zero. Should be 97 cents.
Yes, client got a T4 from Canada Post for 97 cents. THe software did NOT like the 97 cents and kept asking if income was zero. I’m wondering if it has something to do with this?? Are you not supposed to file income under $1.00??? That is her only EI insurable income. She has some self-employed too, was wondering if that was triggering something?? Made sure I had “no” ticked on EI for s/e earnings…tried to efile again…no different.
Thanks so much for any insight. Not really wanting to call CRA tomorrow.

95478 One of the following situations applies to your client’s return:

Try changing the income to $1. No cents.
CRA does this all the time to “plug” an amount and prevent errors…might work here.
(And just checking…you DO know that you can do {F4} followed by any line number, right?)
