DocuSign Error?

I’m suddenly getting the following error when attempting to send T183’s via DocuSign…

“An error occurred while trying to contact DocuSign to request an electronic signature”

It’s been working well for the past week or so. Everything looks fine when I manually login to my DocuSign account on their website.

So, before I contact DocuSign, I’m wondering if it’s just me, or if others are experiencing the same issue?


Can you try disconnecting from DocuSign and then reconnecting?

If that doesn’t work, can you please send us the log file from a minimal session where all you do is attempt to send a T183?


Looks like my free 30-day DocuSign trial ended 15 days early? Probably due to the number of items I had sent?

In any event, I converted the trial to a paid subscription and tested a send successfully.
