Hi Cameron, our office has had issues with TaxCycle not remembering DocuSign credentials. Our workaround has been to go to Options > DocuSign, Disconnect, Reconnect, wait for the browser to ask for credentials, close TaxCycle altogether and restart TaxCycle. I see you suggested sending log files, in this user’s post. If we were to reach out to TaxCycle’s team, where do we send any log files and is there a specific log file that would be needed? Do we need to enable logging or anything beforehand?
