I have been trying to send the T183Corp and it won’t go, I keep getting the messages “Can’t find requested email template”. Is this a software issue or is there something I need to do?
If you have customized your email message template. Check in the Template editor under the Properties tab for the email template if it was updated/available for the current year.
No, I have not updated any templates so I don’t understand what is going on.
If you send in your log files to support we can take a look.

Go into your Options and scroll down to the Diagnostics section. If you have detailed logging enabled then just click on the folder link on that page to find the logs for the relevant file.
If you do not have detailed logging on, then turn it on and repeat the send request to DocuSign. Then go back to Diagnostics in your Options and click on the log folder link and grab the new logs.
Logs can be emailed to info@taxcycle.com - tag me in the message.
