Just wondering if others are getting the error message CC-458: This service is unavailable at this time. Please try again later. I am getting this error message when trying to open clients’ mail. Also, receiving blank screen when trying to open Notice of Assessments through Tax Return Section. This has been going on and off for at least a week now. I have tried different times of the day, desktop and laptop … Thanks for your feedback.
Yes, I received those same messages this evening on both the NOA and CRA Mail. Other functions seemed to work ok.
I don’t put too much thought into this particular error message figuring they are just doing routine maintenance on this particular section of the program only. I’m grateful that the other areas are still accessible. For the most part, these closures are very temporary. I had no issues earlier this morning and earlier in the week. By tomorrow, hopefully they’ll be back online. Keep checking. Hopefully the closure is brief.
I had the problem yesterday, but today it is working again.
