I have setup a new computer and had to reload the Taxcycle software, resulting in losing all my settings. Is it possible to copy the price list from one year to another?
Also, the invoice is no longer populating, how do I remedy this?
In the module options, under Price, You can right-click on the year and copy to next or previous year.
For the invoice not populating - check your invoice settings at the top of the Price page for the year to make sure you have selected an invoicing method and your respective rates are entered.
Thank you! I was right clicking everywhere but there. This has now helped with a few other items.
As for invoicing, it seemed to have resolved itself.
