Clients blocked

I’ve been able to do all the requested task on my end without issue. We’re going to love this!

This afternoon, I tried it with 2 new people and neither have been able to get to the taxfolder page from their email link (1 hotmail and 1 gmail). It gives them a message they are blocked from the site. On my dashboard, it just looks like they have things pending.

I didn’t have this problem with my own gmail test account earlier today.

We are still testing behind a firewall so if they are not accessing from the IP address you provided they will be blocked. If you want me to have another IP whitelisted for testing please send me a note via info@taxfolder.com .
