TaxFolder no longer accessible by client

I had a client login and upload documents to TF. When she went to login again she can’t login in again. She get a image notice that says. “Your Taxcycle Account does not have an associated TaxFolder Iicense”

The below is says, “add a taxfolder license to your account”

this is the client viewpoint not the tax preparer.

Other clients are getting a white screen and can’t access.

Is it possible the client was using an incorrect set of credentials? Can you send us the email address for the client to and we can investigate?

Can the client try clearing their browser cache and see if that helps?
