TaxFolder no longer accessible by client

I had a client login and upload documents to TF. When she went to login again she can’t login in again. She get a image notice that says. “Your Taxcycle Account does not have an associated TaxFolder Iicense”

The below is says, “add a taxfolder license to your account”

this is the client viewpoint not the tax preparer.

Other clients are getting a white screen and can’t access.

Is it possible the client was using an incorrect set of credentials? Can you send us the email address for the client to info@taxfolder.com and we can investigate?

Can the client try clearing their browser cache and see if that helps?
