Hello Everyone Anyone facing issue with Taxfolder signs being deferred.

Specifically with outlook and Hotmail accounts

Do they get sent delivered? How long on average?

Also, is this delaying the notice that the form has been completed? I use Outlook and a client told me they signed, but i did not get the email notice. I checked on the TF portal and it is showing signed and in TC it is also showing signed, so I just did not get notified by email (which I do rely on).

Notifications back to TaxFolder and to the TaxCycle file are not affected for completed signatures.

Seems to be a system wide issue impacting many IPs attempting delivery to Microsoft email clients since February 23rd.

We will post updates with our Known Issue as we gather more information.
