Hasn’t worked in days, keeps saying server is unavailable?
Check the computer that is running the client manager sometimes after a update it shuts it off so you need to manually go in a restart it
It’s just my desktop, been restarted numerous times since I started having this issue.
Re you restarting the computer or the client manager?
Go to Taxcycle options and select Client manager
See if the Client manager is stopped and if it is click restart

I can seem to widen the name column to see client names. other columns allow it? Also, I see the column sor “efiled” has a number of clients showing signature required but when I check return has been efiled?
Go back to the client manager setup and rebuild (index) the database
