Now that we are forced to use the Authorization Request through RAC for T1 clients, I have run into a snag…I have a new T1 client and I went through the Authorization Request process on RAC. They sent me back the signed page for me to upload. However, when I try to go upload it, I am not seeing where to do that. This is what I see. What am I missing?
I just struggled with that too. I finally typed in the SIN and reference number into the search and on the right hand side submit appeared.
I’m now wondering how long it takes to be processed…

Also, I seem to have gotten almost instant access. I just tried their SIN and I got in.
