Unable to carry forward file

For some reason, I am unable to find the 2023 T1 file for this client, so I was trying to CF the 2022 file instead, but got an error message that never seen. Anyone seen this before and know what the cause is?

Carry Forward Issue TC 2022 to TC 2023

TC is not allowing a carry forward from TC 2022 to TC 2023. I tried from 2021 to 2022 worked fine, from 2022 to 2023 does not work. From 2023 to 2024 does work.

It looks like the issue could possibly be resolved if you are using this week’s update;

TaxCycle 14.1.56092.0—2024 Multiple Jurisdiction Returns

We did fix this in yesterdays release, that is download only for now.

I did check update, I guess I will reinstall taxcycle to try instead of update?

re-install would also work for you, as long as you end up running 14.1.56092 you will be able to have the fixed CFWD issue.
