In upgrading to 16.0.39933.0 it appears that the AT1 options do not roll-forward from the previous version and get reset to “No”.
The AT1 settings used to be located on the Preparer page in Options. Those settings were moved to the Transmissions>EFILE Accounts page and can be updated there. I believe the carry forward issue was logged, but I will check.
