Has anyone got this error message while preparing a T2 return? it prevents me from opening new forms or using the review/transmit tab to fix omissions and since this is the week-end, obviously I can’t call for help.
" Well it’s embarrassing, Tax Cycle has encountered an unexpected problem and was unable to complete this task" please call 1 888 841 3040
This error was fixed in the latest release, which is currently an optional download (not a forced upgrade, yet).
Please download and install it from here: http://get.taxcycle.com/TaxCycleSetup.exe
Alternately, you can just create any old pdf file called C:\users\Admin\Documents\Lux Design Inc. (2016-12-31).pdf, or you can look in the DoxCycle section of the toolbar and unlink the DoxCycle file, which is missing anyways…
