I have sent a new clients her signature documents from TC 5 or 6 times now.
She has successfully created her TF account, but there is nothing there to sign.
I’m doing everything the same as I’ve always done it, so I’m at a loss what to do now.
My best guess is that the client exists twice in your client list with two different email addresses. Please email support at info@taxcycle.com with the client name and email and we can take a look.
