Taxfolder Engagement label

I am attempting to send a T183(and the other docs) to Taxfolder and at the bottom of the screen, there is a section that says “Select or create Taxfolder Engagement label…”. The clients name normally shows up there. Today, as well as yesterday, it just shows reading with the blue circle moving. I did type the clients name and hit generate PDT and that did not work. I also set up the clients name in Taxfolder and still no luck.

If TaxCycle is not finding the engagement list, can you please try disconnecting and reconnecting your TaxCycle account to see if this will help reset your connection.
