Has there been any progress to correct the issue of when the preparer deletes a client, is unable to set them back up or recover the client? But the account still exists for the client?
I am going to expand on this:
We are missing a client. The client account is not in TaxFolder. We did set it up, we get an error that the account has been set up, but we can not find it. And yet, we know we did not delete it because there is no way to delete a client account.
It sounds like the client may have been deleted at some point before we disabled this option. If you send me an email info@taxfolder.com with the client’s email address I can look at restoring the account for you.
