Hello,

I’m trying to sign into my TaxCycle account through the software and keep getting the error below:

Unable to sign you in right now (Offline: ConnectFailure).

I also cannot connect to Tax Folder. I get this error message:

Unable to sign you in right now (OK: 0).

Is this something I can troubleshoot or should I wait until Monday to ask technical support?
