When carrying forward T776, the start date does not update (2022-01-01), while the end data successfully updates to the correct year (2023-12-31)
Using TaxCycle 2023 13.1.52777.0
I just e-filed a T1 return last week with a T776 and had no issues with the Fiscal dates carrying forward.
Go into your TaxCycle settings under the category: T1 => Review => 2023
On the right hand side, you can configure the settings for the various tax forms. Scroll down until you find the T776 form. Make sure the checkmarks are enabled for “Enter the Fiscal Period Start Date”.

Update, so it was my fault as the data was imported from excel template and I failed to update my spreadsheet. All good now, thanks for your quick response!
