T4 Invalid Account Number (RP)

Trying to prepare 1 T4 along with T4 Summary for paper filing. Cannot complete entering the RP number - the suffix “0001” won’t appear on the screen when typed, a chime sounds when each character is entered but the cursor won’t advance. Any suggestions?

That cell is a little touchy sometimes ( the postal code is the same) try clicking in the cell deleting it and then reentering the BN from the beginning

Were you able to get this resolved? Please note, you do need to type the letter “P” and then the suffix.
