It is a nice more concise form this year. Unfortunately, at least for me, the Taxcycle version is a little too concise. I cannot get page 2 to print.
Try setting it to print instructions (that used to be page 2) 
On my side of it here at least that seems to work but it should likely be updated to reflect that page 2 is no longer a page of instructions.

NOTICE TO READER is printing on the bottom of page 1 of the T2201. Not sure that is desirable.
