I have a client that declined a T183 and requested a change. The change was made on the T1, the new signatures on the T183 obtained in TaxFolder. The T1 is still showing declined. The TaxFolder log in the T1 shows the new signed T183 and the file says ready to transmit. How do I update the T1 to show it has been signed off?
I am not sure where you are seeing T1 as declined if you are also seeing the new T183 as signed. Did you send another signature or approval request apart from just the T183? Your best bet is to contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a client ID or email and we can take a look at what might be happening.
