One weakness of the TaxCycle letter is that if you make even one small change, it locks the letter so that subsequent changes to the tax return are not reflected in the letter. After a change to the return, you have to “Revert to default” and re-enter your changes/corrections to have those changes reflected in the letter. It would help if a diagnostic was added that warned the user that there have been changes to the return after the letter is customized.

I totally agree! It just ticks me off but I end up having to retype the letter to the client. So much trouble!
