Revert to default

I customized the client letter when I thought I was finished with the return - but made a change and now can’t revert to default letter. This is really causing me grief.

@obhorst You should see, at the top of the Client Letter, a blue banner stating This text is customized. Revert to default. Clicking on the Revert to default link should fix it.

If that blue banner is not showing at the top of the Client Letter, then either your letter has not been customized as you thought, or you have a problem that requires tech support from TaxCycle.

Thanks @daniel , but the “Revert to default” button is not working for me. Tech support promised to get back to me tonight or tomorrow.
