Reverting to Default Client Letter

I edited the letter to a client, and subsequently changed a few things. Now I can not revert to the default letter. Or am I missing something? I click on the link at the top of the letter and nothing happens. Can anyone help?

Did you try to go into your templates and just delete the revised one? Taxcycle makes you clone it before letting you edit it. Deleting the cloned one should make it revert to the original. This happened to me once with the pre-season letter and that worked for me.

Are you editing the letter itself, or the letter template (using the template editor)?

Another year later, I still have the same problem. I use a standard letter and add or drop a line. Then if I have to make a change later, I have to go to a test letter that TaxCycle set up for me since I don’t work from templates. I just don’t make as many changes to the standard letter as I used to.
