Edit client letter does not work for me

Generally I can right click on a client letter to change fonts etc and change the letter at will.

I no longer have access to any ability to edit the letter with this latest version

Editing letters

Are we no longer able to edit letters? I have edited the letters in the template editor to suit my preferences, but sometimes I like to edit the individual letter before I print it for my client in the program, depending on the individual client and the specific situation - once I do, a line always appears to indicate that it has been edited and if I make any changes to the return, they don’t flow through, but I can always revert back to the original (and lose my changes). Have we lost this opt…

They made changes to the default settings so you have to go into options and allow template overrides:
