We have a custom T4 Client letter. We are trying to edit it for a client, but the option doesn’t seem to be available. We can’t type on the letter and when we right click these are our only options. Last year we were able to, but when we open a prior year file we are now experiencing the same thing. Is there a setting I need to change? We just updated to the latest version yesterday.
There is a know issue that I think may be related
You need to change your settings. Look in the latest release notes, under Template Overrides.
There is a bug with the option to just type to override, so you need to use the right-click option setting, and you can then override using that method. (In your screenshot, it is the greyed option at the top of the list, called “Override template”.
