I’m struggling to remove items from my Favorites Bar. When I right-click an item, the “Remove Favorite” option is grayed out and unclickable. Does anyone know how to resolve this and delete them successfully?

I do not have answer but I am curious because I would like to be able to lock it. I inadvertantly move mine at times.
Are they locked by your ‘Options Profile’? Do you have authorized access to your ‘Options Profile’?
Yes, the features are locked by the Options Profile, but as the sole user, I have full access to them.
I am able to add forms, but not able to remove them.
Do you have your options profile password protected? If yes, try removing the password temporarily to update the favourites bar.
No, I don’t have password.
It sounds like a permissions issue as @BertMulderCGA mentioned since you can save to favourites but not remove from favourites. Your best bet is to call support and have them help you troubleshoot with a screen share.
