Refresh Tracking sidebar

Not sure if Client Manager is the right category for this question.

I have found that the tracking sidebar is not updating automatically or right away.
For example, if a T183 has been sent to the client for signature, that might not be reflected on the workflow. Or, if the client has signed the T183, Tax Folder may not update right away, or the Track sidebar might not be updated.

Is there any way to refresh these (e.g. similar to the use of the F5 button)?

You can click on the connect button at the bottom of the screen to refresh. There may be a bit of a delay during this week as volumes have increased substantially heading into tomorrow’s deadline.
