Client Manager not updating T1 EFILE status

We have several returns again this year that are not updating their efile status in the client manager once they have been filed. If I re-open the returns and re-save them they update. I suspect if I were to re-index the client manager it would update but should this not be happening automatically? It makes the client manager seem unreliable if my only indication to re-index is that I happen to notice that a return I filed last night is still showing as ready to efile.

Could be many reasons why this happened; however, since it works when you open the return and close it, I suspect that the problem has been solved.
