I can’t refresh carry forward a file from 2023 to 2024. I created a prior year return from 2024 and then when I went to refresh carry forward the icon is greyed out. Any help appreciated
me too; carried back to from 2025 to 2024 to recreate; went to 2025 to refresh CF and not allowed.
