For the last 10 days or so Quebec Data Download has not been working. Is this just my problem or is this a genereal issue with TaxCycle? Support has been looking into it for me since last week but I haven’t received an update. We’re heavy into tax prep time now and it’s starting to be a big productivity drag.
We heard there were problems with the TP1 data download through other users last Friday and we asked our contacts at Revenu Québec if that was the case and when it would be fixed.
They replied yesterday that all should be working normally now.
If that is not the case, let us know with the exact date and time you tried and we can ask them to check it again.
Friday we had issues with Revenu Quebec of all kinds, but this issue of TP1 data download has been ongoing for at least a week, and definitely is continuing. So it doesn’t appear to be a generalized problem.
