You need the access code from the taxpayer. They are supposed to obtain the code from their account at Revenu Quebec, or they can call the agents at Revenu Quebec, but the telephone agents generally don’t know how to obtain this code.
In the end, it is an exercise in frustration. Quebec’s electronic client services encourage taxpayers to do things on their own.
@james1 - I am one of the few English speaking TaxCycle people who has about 50% Quebec clients.
