We have noticed that our clients who had T5007 slips in prior year do not show up in the “last year’s return” checklist on the preseason letter. Is there something we need to do on our end or is this an addition needed on your end? Thanks!
I rolled forward a client to 2018 that has T5007 slips for Alberta Senior Benefits and this slip is not showing up on TaxCycle’s Pre-Season Letter. How do I get it to appear? Thanks!

Hi @teena It’s not something you’re missing, we actually have to add something to our code to make it happen. So, as of the next release it will appear in the lists. Thanks for the suggestion.
