Since this last update, only an override will allow ‘payment received’ to be checked in the workflow even though the payment received section has been completed in Billing. ??
Can you check what release you are on? Version 13.1.53204.0 is the latest version and there was a fix included for the payment issue: RESOLVED: TaxCycle 13.1.53134.0 Clearing Payment Status - TaxCycle
